Little DoMA.
Taekwondo for our youngest students, ages 2 to 5. Short, structured classes where little ones learn to listen, follow directions and move with confidence, all while having a blast.

Big lessons for little ones.
Little DoMA uses play with a purpose. Every drill builds a skill your child will use at home, at school and on the mat.
- Listening and focus. Bowing in, waiting for the count and following the master's direction.
- Balance and coordination. Stances, jumps, kicks onto pads and motor planning drills.
- Confidence. A loud kihap, a high five and a new belt earned in front of their friends.
- Manners and respect. Courtesy toward classmates, parents and teachers.
Little DoMA covers our two youngest age groups, so every child trains with kids their own size: one class for ages 2 to 3, and one for ages 4 to 5. Classes run about thirty minutes, right for their attention span.
My 2.5-year-old son started classes at DOMA and I’m already amazed by his progress after just six sessions. Each class incorporates a variety of activities that help build important skills like discipline, focus, following directions, and motor planning, all in a fun and engaging way.Alyssa Cassiere · Parent of a 2.5 year old, Google review
My son started coming here at 2.5 and he absolutely loves it! He looks forward to his classes and is excited to learn. We tried other sports and so far this has been his favorite.Shiney Paul · Parent, Google review

The shy little boy who would barely let go of my hand now runs into the dojo with excitement. It’s heartwarming to see his newfound confidence and happiness.Chen · Parent, Google review
Is 2 really old enough?
Yes. Several of our families started at two and a half. Classes for ages 2 to 3 are short and built for that attention span, and ages 4 to 5 train in their own group.
My child is shy. Will they be okay?
Shy beginners are some of our favorite students. Our masters are patient, use lots of positive reinforcement and meet each child where they are. Parents of shy children tell us their confidence has grown tremendously.
What will my child learn?
Basic stances, kicks and punches, plus the skills that matter at this age: focus, following directions, balance, coordination and good manners.
